Catamaran hire on Sydney Harbour starts from $550 per hour for 1-30 guests and $650 per hour for 31-43 guests during May-October. November-April rates are $600-$700 per hour. A minimum booking of 4 hours applies, starting from $2,200. A $150 amenities fee and $100 wharf fee also applies.

How many people can fit on a Tiger Catamaran?

Tiger 3 and Tiger 4 each accommodate up to 43 passengers plus 2 crew. The Tigeress accommodates up to 30 passengers plus 2 crew.

Can we bring our own food and drinks on the catamaran?

Yes, all Tiger Catamaran charters are fully BYO. You can bring your own food, drinks, and ice. Large eskies are provided onboard. Bring 3-6 bags of ice depending on group size. Catering packages are also available.

Is a skipper included with the catamaran hire?

Yes, a professional skipper and deckhand are included with every booking. They manage the boat, navigate Sydney Harbour, and ensure the safety of all guests.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the charter?

Tiger Catamarans only cancels charters if conditions are unsafe. The boats have large covered areas that protect guests from light rain. If cancellation is required, you will be notified on the morning of the charter.

Where do the catamarans depart from in Sydney?

Tiger Catamarans is based at Rose Bay Marina, 549 New South Head Rd, Rose Bay NSW 2029. Pick-up is available from any Sydney Harbour wharf including Circular Quay, King Street Wharf, Darling Harbour, and many more. A $100 wharf fee applies.

The Tiger Catamarans fleet began with Tiger 2 many years ago now retired. Then Tiger 3 and 4 (Seawind 1160 resorts) were purchased brand new in late 2018. Sailing into Sydney Harbour the Queen came along Tigeress, (Seawind 1250) to keep the boys in line.
Each vessel is selected and maintained to deliver safe, smooth and memorable experiences on Sydney Harbour.
